Sixers come up short against the Thunder

The Sixers suffered a tough loss against the Oklahoma City Thunder Wednesday night 92-88.Philadelphia had many chances late in the fourth quarter to tie or take the lead but costly turnovers and poor rebounding ruined their chances of a surprise victory.

At the start of the fourth quarter, the Sixers were leading 67-63 and playing solid defense. A late turnover by Lou Williams and a clutch rebound on a missed free throw by Russell Westbrook was all the Thunder needed for their 28th win of the season. Andre Iguodala led the Sixers with 18 points, five rebounds and six assists. Jrue Holiday added 18 points and three steals.
